1. Built-in Batttery. Rechargeable dog trimmer with built-in battery is good for exceptional flexibility. It can also be used when charging so you don’t have to worry that it will stop working and have half groomed dog.

2. The appropriate plug will be provided according to your region. Therefore, our trimmers can be used in different countries.

3. Please note, for some countries, due to air transport restrictions, any parcels with liquid is prohibited for shipment. Therefore, the small bottle of oil in the kit will be removed for shipment. Hope for your generous understanding.

1. China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus is without an international tracking number, which can not be tracked when the parcel leaves China.
2. For Faster and Safer delivery, we recommend you select shipping via China Post Registered Air Mail, ePacket or AliExpress Standard Shipping.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries or unstable factors(e.g. local strike, extreme weather…)
If you have not received the item within the protection delivery time, please contact us, we will check it and reply you as soon as possible. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
