Q1:Is this lock waterproof?

A:Unfortunately, it doesn't support rain-proof and cannot be used for outdoor, only splash-proof.

Q2:Does it support connecting Alexa and Google Assistant?

A:Unfortunately, this lock is tuya bluetooth version which doesn't support Alexa and Google Assistant, we are upgrading this cylinder smart lock.

Q3:How to disconnect the device and clear the data?

A:Select the device you want to disconnect, click the icon in the upper right corner, click “remove device”, select “disconnect and wipe data”.

Q4:How do I choose the right length of lock cylinder?

We have 4 styles to choose from.

60mm ( Front 30mm, Rear 30~55mm), 70mm ( Front 35mm, Rear 35~55mm).

80mm ( Front 40mm, Rear 40~55mm), 90mm ( Front 45mm, Rear 45~55mm).

The front part of the lock cylinder is fixed size, and the rear part can be extended to a maximum of 55mm.

You can adjust the size of the rear part according to your needs, and then fix the screws.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
