IMPORTANT NOTE
– Before placing an order, please make sure that the USB C port of your computer supports video output;
– The USB C hub itself consumes a certain amount of power consumption: for example, if your computer needs 65W, we recommended using a 90W charger. So we suggest using a non-original PD charger with larger power to ensure normal use.
– When connecting to a laptop, do NOT support charging cellphones through USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited current.
– Please provide power supply when connecting to power-hungry devices; Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.
– To prevent Wi-Fi interference, you could wrap the line body near the type-c port with foil paper, or use the router of 5GHz frequency. Also, please unplug the ethernet cable and PD charging cable from the adapter when not used.
– When the HDMI and VGA output ports work simultaneously,2 displays will ONLY show the SAME image, and the maximum resolution of both ports is 1080P.
Notice about the 10-in-1 full-function model (80133):The 3.5mm audio jack does not support microphone;If your display device does not have a speaker, when you use HDMI cable to connect to the display, it will be unavailable to output sound through the 3.5mm port of this hub.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
